Role Description The Sr. Automation Engineer (Beckhoff - PTP & NC with G-Code expertise, CNC skillset) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position is responsible for designing, configuring, and programming Beckhoff-based automation systems, with a strong focus on CNC applications, motion control, and G-Code implementation. Day-to-day tasks include developing and integrating PTP and NC motion solutions, commissioning and testing equipment, and optimizing process control for reliable and efficient operation. The engineer will diagnose and resolve system issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer-specific requirements, and prepare technical documentation and support materials. The role also involves continuous improvement of existing automation solutions and mentoring junior team members on best practices and safety standards.
