Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Assistant Chief CRNA to support anesthesia services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this leadership role, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care, assist with scheduling and staffing, and help oversee clinical standards and safety protocols. You will mentor CRNAs, support QI initiatives, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing leadership to ensure safe, patient‑centered care. The ideal candidate is a confident clinician with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and a passion for continuous improvement in perioperative services.
