Job Description Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project logistics Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives Coordinate inspections, approvals, and project documentation Conduct daily jobsite meetings and subcontractor coordination meetings Work closely with Project Managers and company leadership Manage field reporting and documentation using Project Site (Trimble platform) Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships Lead project closeout and turnover activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up construction projects Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred Commercial construction experience involving structural steel will also be considered Ability to independently manage projects valued at $20M+ Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, safety, and quality control Experience leading subcontractors and field personnel Strong communication and leadership abilities Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast Stable career history with demonstrated project leadership experience What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $80.000 to $105.000 USD.
