Location: Bengaluru - Chennai

Experience: 1– 4 Years

Urban Vault is hiring Project Executives for our growing coworking and managed workspace business. We are looking for high-energy professionals from similar industries who can thrive in fast-paced execution environments and take complete ownership of on-ground projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive day-to-day project execution across workspace sites
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Track timelines, fit-outs, site readiness, and operational deliverables
• Handle on-ground challenges with quick problem-solving and proactive execution
• Ensure smooth coordination during workspace setup and handovers
• Maintain strong follow-ups and execution discipline

Requirement:

• 1–4 years of experience in coworking, managed office spaces, commercial interiors, real estate, fit-outs, or facilities management
• Preferred if the candidates know Tamil
• Go-getter attitude with strong ownership mindset
• Street-smart, proactive, and execution-focused
• Bold communicator who can get things done
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-moving environments
• Candidates from coworking, commercial real estate, workspace solutions, interiors, fit-outs are preferred .

Travel & Support:

This role involves frequent intercity travel across project locations. The company will take care of expenses for:

• Travel between cities
• accommodation
• Local travel for project work
