Are you an Engineering Manager with experience in Aerospace technologies who wants to work in a Monday - Friday based role for a company with 20 years experience delivering exceptional results whilst investing in your career annual pay reviews?

The role
Plan and manage a variety of engineering staff
Overseeing different departments in the small tight knit family run environment
Liaising with senior directors to update on engineering activities
