One Wolf is a Bengaluru-based real estate company focused on North Bangalore , developing premium residential communities across villas, apartments and farm villas.

Our first project, Eden 144 on IVC Road – 303 plots – is fully developed and sold out.

We are now building our next portfolio of premium projects and are looking for a high-energy, closure-focused sales professional to join our team.

This is not a desk-sales job .

You will be on the ground—meeting prospects, conducting site visits, working with channel partners, negotiating with buyers and closing deals .

Your primary KPI: SALES CLOSED.

· Own the sales cycle from lead → site visit → negotiation → closure

· Drive your pipeline aggressively and achieve monthly sales targets

· Generate business through brokers, channel partners, referrals and your own network

· Conduct site visits and convert qualified prospects into buyers

· Understand buyer requirements and recommend the right project/inventory

· Negotiate and close deals within approved commercial guidelines

· Build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, brokers and referral networks

· Keep the team informed about buyer feedback, competition and market trends

· 5+ years of proven real-estate sales experience

· Strong track record of actual closures , not just lead generation

· Experience in plotted developments, villas, farm villas or premium residential projects

· Strong network of brokers / channel partners is a major advantage

· Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
