Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee entire design lifecycle, from brief interpretation to final
• delivery.
• Mentorship: Guide and review work of junior designers, ensuring quality and skill
• development.
• Creative Execution: Design engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics for various platforms

(web, print, social).

• Brand Management: Uphold brand consistency and voice across all materials and

touchpoints.

• Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, product, and other teams to align design with business

goals.

• Concept Generation: Develop fresh, innovative ideas and visual strategies for campaigns.
• Quality Control: Review and refine designs, ensuring high standards and adherence to

guidelines.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, often 5+ years.
• Experience in Generative AI
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project work.
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
