Experience: Customer support experience preferred; exposure to US/UK clients is an advantage.

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will represent our clients and provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to their customers.

• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication.
• Understand customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions when required.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Communicate confidently with US-based customers and clients.
• Follow client-specific processes, guidelines, and service standards.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling client information.
• Consistently meet quality, productivity, and customer-service expectations.

️ Excellent English Communication

Strong spoken and written English is a must. You should be comfortable communicating with US customers and understanding different accents and communication styles.

US Working Hours

You must be comfortable working according to US business hours, including the possibility of schedules that fall during evening/night hours in India.
