Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete lifecycle for Non-IT positions (Volume hiring, leadership hiring, RPO, etc.) across various sectors. Client Management: Successfully partner and manage relationships with multiple clients, understanding their unique hiring requirements and SLAs. Sourcing & Assessment: Leverage job portals, professional networks, and direct sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent. Pipeline Management: Maintain robust candidate pipelines to ensure quick turnaround times for client closures.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience specializing strictly in Non-IT domains (e.g., Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, or Corporate Staffing). Multi-Client Exposure: Proven track record of successfully handling multiple clients/accounts simultaneously. Location: Based in or willing to commute regularly to Perungudi, OMR, Chennai. Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO). Availability : Immediate - 7days Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
