Life Insurance Agent – In-Office

MTZ Agency is hiring entry-level Life Insurance Agents to work on-site at our Bullhead City, AZ office, serving Bullhead City, Laughlin, and Fort Mohave. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role with in-person training and mentoring.

What You'll Do

• Work from our Bullhead City office alongside your mentor and team
• Make live practice dials from day one, supported by your mentor
• Meet with clients who requested life insurance information
• Prep each appointment with coaching
• Submit applications with e-app and mobile tools

What You'll Need

• Willingness to get licensed (if unlicensed), including a LicenseIQ discount; Our recommended completion goal is about 12 days; timelines vary by state
• Reliable participation at our office on a team schedule
• Coachable, competitive, and positive attitude
• No insurance experience needed. Retail, restaurant, casino, hospitality, and customer-service backgrounds are welcome.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

• Commission only; 1099 independent contractor
• Full-Time Potential: Estimated $60,000–$160,000+ first year (35–45 hrs/week)
• Part-Time Potential: Estimated $40,000–$70,000+ first year (15–20 hrs/week)
