Your new companyI am currently working with a global engineering company, and they are looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to join a growing and commercially focused finance team, with strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, data and automation.Your new roleReporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will be:Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processesProducing monthly management reporting and variance analysisAnalysing overhead costs, headcount and key business performance driversDeveloping KPI reporting, dashboards and management informationPartnering with budget holders and non-finance stakeholdersBuilding models for scenario analysis, pricing and investment decisionsImproving and automating reporting using Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BIBuilding and maintaining financial modelsSupporting month-end, WIP reviews and Group reportingWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with experience across FP&A, management accounting or financial analysis. You will have advanced Excel and strong data skills, with experience working with large datasets and financial systems. Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, automation or AI tools would be highly advantageous.What you'll get in returnA competitive salary of £60,000 + benefits.
