Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or 3rd Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
Start Date: ASAP
We are urgently hiring Entry-Level Assembly Associates to join a clean, modern, and safety-focused manufacturing facility in Ravenna, OH.
In this role, you will assemble wire harnesses using simple, step-by-step instructions. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a long-term manufacturing career. No previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required.
What You'll DoAssemble wire harnessesInstall tubing, fittings, connectors, and related partsFollow clear written and visual work instructionsInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metPerform hands-on assembly tasks in a fast-paced environmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentNo prior assembly or factory experience neededGood manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling small partsReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
