Order Fulfillment Associate

As a Fulfillment Associate , you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This position helps ensure products are received, processed, packed, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations as assigned.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Help solve problems and adapt to changing priorities throughout the shift.

What You've Done:

• No experience required; training provided.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, production, or general labor is a plus.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• May work around warehouse equipment and varying environmental conditions.
