Role Description The Business Services Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai and Vadodara, supporting Australian accounting firms with high-quality compliance and advisory services.

Experience: 2 - 5 Years (Mandatory Australian Accounting & Taxation)

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter)

What You'll Do:

Prepare and finalize Financial Statements

Prepare BAS, IAS and Individual/Company/Trust Tax Returns

Review reconciliations and identify discrepancies

Ensure compliance with AASB and ATO requirements

Communicate with clients regarding routine accounting matters

Troubleshoot accounting and software issues

Complete jobs within agreed timelines

Maintain high quality and productivity standards

Support Junior Accountants through knowledge sharing

Work as an Individual Contributor while managing multiple client portfolios
