Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment/products as per requirements.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
• Attend customer/site/service-related technical issues and resolve them within timelines.
• Read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Maintain service reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during all activities.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during installation and service work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in relevant technical field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify technical problems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites if required.
• Ability to work independently and manage service tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in furniture installation, modular products, electrical/mechanical equipment, or related industries will be an added advantage.
