Sales Engineer

Manufacturing Excellence Solutions LLP (MES) is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive the sales of Hexacool Industrial Chillers & Process Cooling Solutions across Karnataka.

• Identify and develop new customers through regular field visits .
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and drive follow-ups & order closures .
• Build strong, long-term relationships with manufacturing customers.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product selection and support.
• Achieve sales and business development targets.

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Technical Sales preferred.
• Candidates from chillers, HVAC, plastics machinery, automation, compressors, pumps, machine tools or other industrial equipment are welcome.
• Industry experience is not mandatory —a strong sales attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
• Good communication, customer-facing confidence and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
