Liberty Cares With Compassion Liberty Senior Living is currently seeking an experienced: MAINTENANCE WORKER Job Summary: Services facility equipment per schedules. Changes HVAC filters per schedule. Monitors equipment safety and repairs as needed. Completes resident personal work orders and completes billing form. Connects and troubleshoots T.V. and cable issues. Monitors grounds per schedule and assures cleanliness. Monitors interior of community daily and assures cleanliness. Removes trash per schedule. Performs generator testing per schedule. Performs minor carpentry repairs as needed, including but not limited to: Painting Sheetrock repair Repair of furniture Performs minor electrical repairs and/or cleaning including but not limited to the following: Replace receptacle Replace light b
