Position: Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

Shriram General Insurance is hiring motivated and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Support Executive / Sr. Customer Support Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing queries and concerns, and delivering a positive customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide timely and effective resolutions. Deliver professional customer support through appropriate communication channels. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and assistance. Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. Follow company processes, policies, and service standards. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with 10+2 or a graduate qualification are eligible. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are required. Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Ability to work effectively in a customer service environment.
