Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance (Packaging)

Role Summary Responsible for end-to-end Packaging Quality Assurance across new product development, supplier quality, artwork verification, change management and technology transfer. The role ensures robust packaging quality systems, vendor capability, mould management and successful commercialization of new packaging components across BCCL manufacturing locations. Key Responsibilities • Lead packaging quality activities for New Product Development (NPD), packaging changes and commercialization. • Drive technology transfer of packaging components from Corporate R&D to manufacturing plants. • Coordinate mould development, qualification, FAT/SAT, validation and mould lifecycle management. • Plan and execute packaging change controls, FMEA, risk assessments and validation protocols. • Manage
