We're looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and build strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize conversions Generate new business through client acquisition, referrals, networking & market development Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closure Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue targets and team performance Handle key client meetings, negotiations and high-value project closures Coordinate with Design, Project & Execution teams for smooth project handover Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of proven experience in sales/business development Experience in Interior Design, Home Interiors, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, Real Estate or related industries is a bonus. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong client & professional network Ability to manage and motivate a sales team Excellent presentation, relationship building and closing skills Strong ownership, strategic thinking and result-oriented approach
