Experienced Paralegal - Homeowner Insurance Litigation (Onsite) Location: Buckhead, Atlanta, GA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Onsite Only) Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our fast-paced legal team in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring a strong background in homeowner insurance litigation . Candidates with personal injury litigation experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct legal research and summarize findings. Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in litigation. Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in homeowner insurance or personal injury litigation. Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Paralegal certification or degree preferred. Work Environment & Benefits: Onsite position in Buckhead, Atlanta - 5 days a week. Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Collaborative and dynamic team environment.
