10–15 years of overall software/web development experience with deep WordPress expertise Strong enterprise-level WordPress development experience Hands-on experience with WordPress Multisite architecture and development Strong development experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Strong experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch Deep understanding of WordPress Hooks, Actions, Filters and Core APIs Experience with custom post types, taxonomies, REST APIs and integrations Experience handling large, complex WordPress environments with multiple sites Strong understanding of WordPress database architecture and query optimization Experience with performance optimization, caching and scalability Strong understanding of WordPress security, authentication and access control Experience integrating WordPress with third-party APIs and enterprise systems Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex production issues Experience with Git/version control and deployment processes
