Role Description

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital and print materials aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with layout design, developing marketing creatives, refining logos and branding elements, and preparing files for production. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and R&D teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging graphics that support company messaging. The Junior Graphic Designer will also help maintain design consistency across presentations, social media, packaging, and other communication channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and ability to translate concepts into clear visual Graphics.
• Hands-on experience with Logo Design and Branding to create and refine brand identities.
• Good understanding of Typography and layout principles for digital and print media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ability to take feedback constructively, work to deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of design for social media, presentations, and marketing collateral is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
