Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Community Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Experience Cloud implementations and business process understanding. The ideal candidate should be skilled in translating business needs into scalable portal solutions.
Role: Salesforce CX Lead (Support-Experience/Community Cloud)

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Design functional solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Configure communities including:
- Templates & themes
- User roles, profiles & permissions
- Page layouts & navigation
- Define customer and partner portal journeys
- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities
- Ensure best practices in usability, performance, and security
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
- Strong understanding of:
- Community setup & configuration
- Sharing & visibility rules
- Case management & knowledge base
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Excellent business analysis & stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification
- Knowledge of CPQ or Service processes
- Basic understanding of Lightning components (LWC/Aura)
- Agile/Scrum experience
