⭐ Ideal Profile

✅ 15+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment

✅ Strong expertise in Non-IT staffing solutions

✅ Proven success in winning new clients and growing revenue

✅ Strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement and Business Leaders

✅ Experience managing large/key accounts and strategic clients

✅ Strong understanding of staffing commercials, contracts, pricing and negotiations

✅ Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline

✅ Experience leading or mentoring BD/Sales teams

✅ Strong market knowledge and an established industry network

Role Mandate

Build → Acquire → Grow → Retain

The role will focus on new client acquisition, strategic account growth, revenue generation, workforce solutions and long-term client partnerships .
