IT Line Support Technician

Robert Half is partnering with an automotive client to fill a Line Support Technician position to provide hands‑on technology support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is 100% onsite and plays a critical part in keeping production systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:Supporting plant-floor applications and end-user computing devicesTroubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and handheld devicesSupporting LAN/network connectivity issuesMonitoring production systems and responding to alertsAssisting with technology upgrades and implementationsWorking directly with manufacturing users to support production processesEscalating issues to Level 2/3 support when requiredDocumenting incidents and following established procedures

Schedule & Shift Details100% onsite in Anna, OHMonday-Thursday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM andFriday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM


The hourly rate for this position is $28/hr W2 to $35/hr W2. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
