The agency focuses on native digital platforms and culturally relevant strategies to drive global growth for clients. </p><p><br /></p><p>We're looking for someone who can script, film and edit short form video that holds attention on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, comfortable both on camera and behind it. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you'll do </strong> </p><ul><li>Create a mix of faceless content and on camera videos, whatever the concept calls for </li><li>Produce UGC style content, product videos, explainers and scroll stopping hooks </li><li>Brainstorm concepts with the team and turn them into scripts </li><li>Film and edit clips, then adapt them for different markets </li><li>Read the data and adjust what you're making based on what's actually performing </li><li>Track platform trends and cultural shifts before they go mainstream </li><li>Work with designers and copywriters to keep everything on brand </li><li>Help plan content calendars and manage assets </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you bring </strong> </p><ul><li>A strong eye for short form content, scripting to filming to editing </li><li>Comfort appearing on camera as well as producing faceless formats </li><li>Range across UGC style content, product demos, explainer videos and attention grabbing hooks </li><li>Comfort using AI tools for trend analysis and audience insight </li><li>Experience adapting content across client types, ecommerce, fintech, martech and beyond </li><li>Skills in CapCut, Premiere Rush, Final Cut or similar, plus basic motion or graphic design </li><li>Sharp writing and communication, with real storytelling instinct </li><li>The discipline to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setup </li><li>A portfolio of short form work for brands, agencies or your own channels </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Available to start immediately.
