Architectural/ Interior Design Manager

Role Overview Lead end-to-end design for commercial/ Hospitality interior projects, ensuring alignment with client vision, timelines, budgets, and execution standards. Key Responsibilities Drive concept design, space planning, and design development Manage projects from concept to handover Review layouts, 3Ds, and working drawings (GFCs) Coordinate with execution, procurement, QS, and consultants Lead client meetings and presentations Ensure compliance with codes, quality, and timelines Support site teams to maintain design intent Mentor and manage design team Skills & Competencies Strong design execution understanding Excellent client handling and presentation skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple projects Technical Skills AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, Revit (preferred) Knowledge of BOQs, materials, and construction detailing Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design 7–12 years experience in commercial interiors / turnkey projects KPIs Timely delivery Design quality & accuracy Client satisfaction Coordination efficiency
