About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Operator C – Hygiene Pad to join our Hygiene Production team at our manufacturing plant in Faisalabad .

The role will support day-to-day Hygiene Pad production activities, including machine operation support, material flow, routine quality checks, and maintaining safe and organized production conditions throughout the shift.

Role Summary

As a Machine Operator C – Hygiene Pad , you will work as part of the production team to support smooth line operations and achievement of production requirements. You will assist with assigned machine activities, material handling, routine inspections, and product quality checks while following established production and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of assigned sections of the Hygiene Pad production line.
• Assist with raw material feeding and maintain smooth material flow during production.
• Support machine start-ups, shutdowns, and routine operating activities as required.
• Perform routine machine and product quality checks and report abnormalities promptly.
• Assist with cleaning, inspections, and basic autonomous maintenance activities.
• Monitor production conditions and immediately communicate machine or quality issues to the relevant operator or supervisor.
• Support achievement of daily production and quality targets.
• Maintain production areas in line with 5S and workplace organization standards.
• Support effective shift handovers and routine production documentation.
• Follow all HSE, PPE, quality, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Education: DAE / Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Fresh to 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience , preferably in a production or machine-operating environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and machine operations.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical machine-operating and production skills.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, discipline, and teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
