Position: Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 25k-60k (+Unlimited Incentives)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for our Haryana site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales activities and customer enquiries at the site.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Attend and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Explain project details, pricing, location and other relevant information to customers.
• Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in property/plot sales are highly preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and smartphones.
• Should be comfortable working from the Haryana project site .
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
