To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Physician Talent Sourcer will manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, maintain documentation in the Applicant Tracking System, and partner with Talent Acquisition to develop effective sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities Manage candidate flow, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive market research and relationship management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a related industry
