They are seeking a Senior Project Architect to play a key role in the design and technical development of projects across a diverse portfolio. This is an opportunity to influence design outcomes, apply strong technical expertise, and ensure architectural quality from concept through to completion.
About the role:Lead architectural design development from concept through to construction.Oversee the development of construction documentation and technical detailing using Revit.Coordinate design information with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.Review drawings and technical packages to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.Provide architectural and technical guidance to project teams.Resolve complex technical challenges, maintain design intent and meet building code requirements.Mentor junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and supporting their development.
Requirements:8+ years of professional experience in architecture.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Strong technical skills and design expertise.Ability to take ownership of design development and provide technical leadership. xzbcwsv
