Support stock movement, replenishment, and availability

Drive add-on and upsell (attachment sales)

Contribute to department revenue goals

Customer Experience

Welcome and assist customers as per service standards

Provide accurate product and promotion information

Build trust and guide customers in purchase decisions

Store Operations

Ensure merchandise is well displayed as per VM guidelines

Maintain cleanliness, pricing accuracy, and display standards

Support stock rotation and replenishment

Product & Learning

Stay updated on product knowledge and new launches

Complete training modules and apply learning on floor

Process Adherence

Capture leads and customer data accurately

Follow SOPs for store operations and service

Eligibility Criteria Education

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate (any stream) Experience

0-6 Months in retail / sales / hospitality

Furniture / home retail experience is a plus Skills

Communication and interpersonal skills

Basic sales and negotiation ability

Customer handling and problem-solving
