We are continuing to grow our New York City sales team and are looking for ambitious, highly personable Account Executives who want significant responsibility and career growth early in their careers.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will work primarily with inbound families who have already expressed interest in finding senior living options.
You will speak directly with families, understand their needs, recommend appropriate communities, and guide them through the process from initial conversation through placement.
This is a high-volume, relationship-driven sales role where strong communication, urgency, empathy, and follow-through matter.
What You'll Do
Work with inbound leads and families searching for senior livingUnderstand each family's needs, preferences, budget, and timelineRecommend appropriate senior living communitiesBuild relationships with families throughout the decision-making processManage your pipeline and consistently work toward individual sales goalsDeliver an exceptional customer experience during what can be an emotional and complicated processCollaborate closely with a fast-moving sales teamTake ownership of your performance and results
Compensation & Growth
Account Executives start with an $80,000 base salary and $120,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) with uncapped commission.
High-performing Account Executives have the opportunity to progress quickly. After consistently meeting quota, typically within approximately 6–9 months, Account Executives may become eligible for an increase to $160,000 OTE.
There is also an opportunity for strong performers to take on additional leadership responsibilities as the team grows, including onboarding and supporting newer Account Executives.
