Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly and year-end close, financial reporting, and accounting across multiple entities in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Oversee technical accounting, project accounting, job costing, inventory, revenue recognition, cash flow, and debt accounting.Strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and improve accounting systems to support growth.Lead and develop the accounting team while partnering with the CFO on financial analysis, audits, and operational decision-making.
Candidates Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.Strong U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls expertise.Proven leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. xzbcwsv Preferred: CPA, public accounting experience, and exposure to aviation/aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or project-based businesses.
