~ Atlantic Eye Associates is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Associate Optometrist to join our growing private practice in Hampstead, North Carolina.
Our mission is simple: provide exceptional medical and vision eye care while creating an outstanding patient experience. You'll be supported by an experienced team of technicians, opticians, and administrative professionals, allowing you to focus on what you do best—caring for patients.
Whether you're an experienced Optometrist or a recent graduate looking to begin your career in a supportive environment, we'd love to meet you.
For the right candidate, this position offers the opportunity to pursue practice ownership through a buy-in opportunity after approximately three to five years, based on performance, mutual fit, and long-term practice goals.
Educate patients on treatment plans, eye health, and preventative care.
Utilize advanced diagnostic technology including OCT, retinal imaging, visual fields, and other diagnostic equipment.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
Active North Carolina Optometry License.
Experience in private practice optometry.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR).
Contribute to a positive, efficient, and welcoming office culture.
Established and respected private practice.
Loyal patient base with a strong reputation in the community.
