In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care for complex cardiac and critically ill patients, administer medications and infusions, and manage ventilators and invasive lines. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, provide patient and family education, and ensure accurate documentation.
