The Successful Applicant * 10+ years of commercial walls and ceilings construction experience * 5+ years in a leadership role such as Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent * Strong background in drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling systems * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred * Degree preferred, though equivalent industry leadership experience will be considered What's on Offer Salary: Up to $150,000 base salary depending on experience * Year-end bonus opportunity up to 20% based on company performance * Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates nationwide * Executive access, rapid feedback, and an urgent hiring process with direct exposure to leadership
