This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a 100-person general contractor known for delivering high-profile commercial and hospitality projects across the Las Vegas market. The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budget, schedule, and client relationships while directing project teams in the office and on site.

ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of project deliveryOwn project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and monthly financial reportingDevelop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and risks are addressed earlyServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and design teams, building strong long-term client relationshipsLead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and ongoing subcontractor managementMentor and direct Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project ManagersPartner with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and on-site performanceOversee contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and closeout documentation
Requirements10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractorProven track record delivering commercial or hospitality projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredStrong command of construction budgets, cost control, scheduling, and contract administrationProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6, and similar construction softwareExcellent leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skillsExperience mentoring and developing project team members
