LPN Job Posting – Buckhead (Every Other Weekend)

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Buckhead, GA

Schedule: Every Other Weekend Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care for an adult client in a private home setting. The nurse will support medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and routine care needs to ensure safety and continuity of care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the established care plan

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition

• Document all nursing care and communicate updates promptly

• Assist with ADLs as needed to maintain client comfort and safety

• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow agency policies

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, highquality care

Requirements

• Active Georgia LPN license

• Current CPR certification

• Reliable transportation

• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism

• Home health or medicallycomplex care experience preferred

• Ability to work every other weekend from 9 AM–2 PM

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
