Roles & Responsibilities of a Coach – Sports Specific :
- Sports Specific for overall program implementation.
- Lead training sessions at HCL Foundation supported sports development centers & ensuring regular participation of program participants.
- Talent Scouting & Creating Excellence Team in respective locations.
- Effectively working on creating Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports on Talent Development Program of “Sports for Change Special Initiative”.
- Conducting summer & winter Camp for respective locations
- Closely Working on Standard Skill and Fitness Assessments.
- Handle logistics like participant travel, accommodation, Food, etc. during the sports events.
- The role would require extensive travel across India.
- Effective engagement of HCL employees at “Sports for Change” competition through creative and engaging strategies (employee volunteering).
