Job Title – Dealer - ETF/Passive schemes

Reporting to – Fund Manager

Location – Mumbai

Job Description

Effectively manage order execution and portfolio rebalancing activities for ETF and index fund mandates, ensuring timely alignment with benchmark compositions and investment objectives. Execute trades with a strong focus on minimizing market impact, controlling transaction costs, and maintaining tracking accuracy. Coordinate with brokers and internal stakeholders to optimize liquidity utilization and ensure seamless settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of orders for ETFs & Index funds on NSE/BSE.
• Coordinating with Clients & brokers for execution of baskets.
• Coordinating with Market Makers for facilitating ETF trades on the exchange.
• Planning & execution of rebalance orders for ETFs/Index funds.
• Understanding & execution of trades in Securities lending & borrowing markets
• Ensuring Tracking Error of schemes is low.
• Uploading all trades in ETF system.
• Tracking Corporate Actions for ETFs / Index funds.
• Assisting Fund Manager
• Back up as Fund Manager in the absence of the primary Fund Manager

Experience

2- 4 years of experience in ETF Dealing, mutual fund industry

Key skills

• Strong Knowledge of financial markets and Indian Mutual Fund industry
• Knowledge of SEBI MF regulations and AMFI guidelines
• Communication skills
• Ability to think out of the box
• Analytical bent of mind with a research inclination.

Qualifications

MBA (preferred) or CA or CFA or equivalent qualification
