Channel Manager – Retail Assets - Home Loans

Job Description:

• Manage builder penetration in the home loan market and strengthen developer engagement

• Track and monitor individual projects to ensure timely progress and business growth

• Monitor and drive adherence to project approval TATs

• Perform project approval analysis to support informed decision‑making

• Implement business drives to achieve defined sales objectives

• Collaborate with Regional Business Development Heads and unit‑level channels for seamless execution

Experience Required:

• 5+ years in within any banking product team.
• Strong understanding of an analytical mindset , and a proven track record in data analysis.
• Ability to apply data‑backed insights to business decisions.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to manage multi‑team coordination and ability to work in fast‑paced environments
