ole As a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle PCMCS, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of profitability and cost management solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial insigh

Key Responsibili
ties Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle PCMCS solutions, including model design, rule configuration, and performance optimizat ion. Architect complex allocation models for multi-dimensional profitability analysis (e.g., product, customer, geograp hy). Define metadata structures, hierarchies, and dimensional mappings aligned with business ne eds. Oversee integration of PCMCS with Oracle ERP, EPM, and external syst ems. Design and manage data pipelines using Data Management tools (e.g., FDMEE, Data Integrati on). Ensure data governance, accuracy, and reconciliation across syst ems. Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive decision-mak ing. Provide strategic guidance on cost modeling, profitability analysis, and financial transformation initiati ves. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and post-go-live supp ort. Mentor junior consultants and analysts on PCMCS best practices and project deliv ery. Review deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectati ons. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability build
ing.
Required Skills & Qualifica
tions Proven experience in Oracle PCMCS and Oracle EPM Cloud implementat ions. Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies, financial modeling, and performance manage ment. Expertise in rule sets, custom calculations (MDX), and Essbase (ASO/ BSO). Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP integration and data management t ools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation sk ills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related f ield.
