Manager - Community Outreach Program

We are looking for a candidate to join our Sales and Marketing team at Medanta Noida who will be responsible for establishing Medanta as the preferred healthcare destination among physicians, public sector units, and hospitals. This role will be responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to enhance the hospital's visibility, strengthen community relationships, and drive patient footfall through awareness programs, camps, and strategic partnerships.

Job Objective:

To establish Medanta Noida as the first choice in healthcare among the community outreach.

Job Responsibility:

• Plan and organize community based activities, camps & OPD’s
• Coordinate with marketing, PR and communication teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analysis and review all community outreach programs.
• Build relationship with customers, potential customers, physicians and other officials.
• Liaise with sale team and stay updated on new services and programs.
• Training and capacity building of community outreach team
• New Associations / Tie-Ups to Promote Medanta
• Engagement with referral doctors.
• Conduct RWA Connect Activities.

Key Qualification, Skills and Attributes

5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing

MBA with specialization in marketing would be an advantage

Strategic thinking and planning

Data-driven decision making

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
