CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:
BEVERAGE DIRECTOR | WINE & COCKTAILS$125,000–$140,000Lead the overall beverage vision, from wine selection and cocktail development to team leadership, purchasing, cost controls, and service standards. An exciting opportunity for a well-rounded beverage professional with strong knowledge of both wine and spirits.
WINE DIRECTOR | WINE-FOCUSED$100,000–$125,000 | Based on ExperienceTake ownership of a dynamic wine program, including list development, sourcing, vendor relationships, inventory management, and staff education. We're looking for someone with excellent wine knowledge, a genuine love of hospitality, and the ability to make wine approachable, engaging, and exciting for guests and teams alike.
BAR & COCKTAIL DIRECTOR | COCKTAIL-FOCUSED$100,000–$115,000Bring creativity, leadership, and operational expertise to an established cocktail program. Oversee menu development, bar operations, training, purchasing, and profitability while inspiring a team to deliver exceptional drinks and memorable service.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORAcross all three searches, we're particularly interested in professionals who bring:Hands-on leadership: These are active, service-driven roles, not positions designed to be managed exclusively from an office.Creativity and fresh thinking: The ability to develop exciting beverage experiences while respecting each restaurant's identity and clientele.Strong organizational skills: Confidence managing inventory, purchasing, budgets, scheduling, and operational systems.A passion for hospitality: A genuine enjoyment of being on the floor, engaging with guests, and supporting service.Team development: The ability to train, mentor, motivate, and inspire bartenders, sommeliers, and service professionals.Business awareness: A solid understanding of beverage costs, profitability, vendor relationships, and maintaining quality without compromising financial performance.Independent restaurant experience: An appreciation for the personality, creativity, and community that make neighborhood restaurants special.
