The ideal candidate will have <b>12-15 years of</b><b> proven experience</b> in the <b>conference, event, and exhibition industry</b>, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful large-scale designs</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p> Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creative assets for conferences, events, and exhibitions including branding, stage backdrops, booth designs, signage, brochures, digital screens, and promotional materials.</p><p> Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative briefs, brand requirements, and event objectives, transforming them into visually engaging solutions.</p><p> Lead the creative process for large-scale projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and adherence to timelines.</p><p> Design digital and print marketing collaterals such as event websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and catalogues.</p><p> Oversee production quality by liaising with printers, vendors, and fabrication teams, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables.</p><p> Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and upholding brand and design standards.</p><p> Stay up to date with industry trends, new design technologies, and best practices to deliver fresh, impactful design solutions.</p><p> Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p> 12-15 years of graphic design experience (mandatory in events/exhibitions).</p><p> Expertise in Coral Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), knowledge of Auto-cad will be additional advantage.</p><p> Expertise in venue lay-outing, mapping, scaling etc.</p><p> Strong knowledge of large-format design, typography, and colour theory.</p><p> Good communication and </p><p> Portfolio with event/exhibition-related work is essential.</p><p><br /></p><p>Join our team and contribute your creative talents to help elevate our brand through compelling visual design!
