About the Role

Job Title: Executive - Accounts & Operations

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 1–2 years (Freshers with strong accounting basics may apply)

As part of a close-knit, fast-paced team, you will also serve as a key operational anchor, collaborating with our Admin, Legal, and HR teams on cross-functional tasks and special projects.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Support

• Record daily transaction entries including sales, purchases, bank receipts, and vendor payments into the accounting software.
• Assist the Assistant Manager – Finance in maintaining client invoices, influencer's bills, and supporting vouchers.
• Maintain organized physical and digital records of all financial documents and client files.
• Help prepare basic data sheets and support documentation for periodic reporting and MIS tasks.
• Carry out ad-hoc operational support tasks assigned by the Finance, HR, Legal

Admin & Legal Coordination

• Work alongside the Legal & Admin Lead to manage the work related to client agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Assist in the execution and delivery tracking of client gifting, event collaterals, and agency mailers.

HR & Operational Assistance

• Coordinate cross-departmental logistics for team activities, workshops, and agency events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, BAF) or Accounting.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong organization skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
• Adaptable, multi-tasking mindset with a willingness to learn and assist across departments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
