Web Platform Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Web Content to own the operation, stability, performance, and evolution of a global corporate web ecosystem.

The role will manage day-to-day web operations while supporting a major corporate website replatforming and web consolidation program .

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing corporate websites, web platforms, or CMS environments in complex, multi-brand, or multi-market organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day corporate website operations, updates, releases, and maintenance.
• Ensure platform stability, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Support website migration, transition, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Execute releases according to global platform standards and governance.
• Partner with IT, Digital teams, agencies, and vendors on delivery and integrations.
• Support CMS, DAM, analytics, tag management, and third-party integrations.
• Monitor platform performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing corporate websites, web platforms, CMS, or related digital platforms.
• Experience in complex, multi-brand, multi-market, or global environments.
• Strong understanding of releases, deployments, integrations, performance, security, and compliance.
• Experience supporting website migrations and replatforming programs .
• Experience with CMS platforms and digital technologies.
• Strong vendor and agency collaboration skills.
• Strong ownership, execution discipline, and attention to detail.

Preferred

• MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Knowledge of MDR, privacy, security, or regulatory requirements.
• Modern CMS, web analytics, and tag management experience.
