Key Responsibilities: - • Oversee day-to-day office administration by conducting opening and closing checks, ensuring workplace cleanliness, supervising housekeeping, and maintaining office infrastructure, facilities, and workstations. • Coordinate office maintenance, preventive servicing, deep cleaning, and new employee workstation setup, including seating, system allocation, ID cards, and other essential office resources. • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships by identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and coordinating with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, procurement, and other administrative services.
